Modified Glasgow prognostic score

The modified Glasgow prognostic score (mGPS), a combination of C-reactive protein (CRP) and albumin levels, reflects systemic inflammation and nutritional status. This score has been shown to have a prognosis value for various tumors.

pre-radiosurgical mGPS and Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) groups seem to be the most effective and simple independent prognostic factors to predict clinical outcome in radiosurgically treated BM patients ¹⁾

Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR), Platelet-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (PLR), Lymphocyte-to-Monocyte Ratio (LMR) and mGPS represent effective and simple tools to predict survival in NSCLC patients prior to radiosurgery for brain metastases ²⁾
