Cerebral Vasospasm Prevention
Cerebral vasospasm and the resulting infarction remain the most devastating complications of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH).
Since vasodilator drugs cannot reverse cerebral vasospasm, treatment is directed to prevent vasospasm and to prevent or reverse ischemic deficits 1).
