Similar to Weber’s, plus red nucleus lesion. Cr. Oculomotor nerve palsy with contralateral hemiparesis except arm which has hyperkinesia, ataxia, and coarse intention tremor. Lesion: midbrain tegmentum involving red nucleus, brachium conjunctivum, and fascicles of III.
