Unilateral chronic subdural hematoma
Patients with unilateral chronic subdural hematoma had a more frequent occurrence of hemiparesis than the patients with bilateral chronic subdural hematoma. It took the left-sided chronic subdural hematomas less time (about 200 hours earlier) than the right-sided ones to present their symptoms although the average hematoma diameter value was almost the same.

CURRENTLY IN FOLLOW-UP. ONCOLOGY Stable disease. The solid nodule located in the posterior segment of the right upper lobe already presents limitations and there are no significant changes in size compared to the previous study; Assess in successive controls.
Extraaxial collection located in the right frontoparietal convexity with minimal extension towards the temporal region. It shows a serohematic level in its most cranial and posterior portion and hyperdense content in the most inferior portion at the frontal level, suggesting a subacute evolution with signs of recent rebleeding. It presents a maximum thickness of 2.8 cm and causes a notable mass effect with the collapse of the adjacent sulci of convexity and of the right lateral ventricle, and with a midline displacement of approximately 8 mm.
