Diagnosis
Bilateral isodense chronic subdural hematoma
Frontal headache for 4 days, which worsens with forwarding movements, physical exertion, and Valsalva. Associated swelling in both legs. His family reports bradypsychia, disorientation, and clumsiness in movement and ambulation.
Isodense extra-axial collection in the left frontoparietal convexity with a greater thickness of 3.3 cm, compatible with subdural hematoma of subacute chronology.
