Presyncope occurs when a person almost, but doesn't actually lose consciousness, due to a reduced flow of oxygenated blood to the brain. Symptoms of a presyncopal episode can include: dizziness, lightheadedness, or vertigo. blurry or narrowed vision (tunnel vision)
