Regular-release capsules and oral solution only

Indicated as adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures

Initial: 150 mg/day PO divided q8-12hr

Maintenance: Based on clinical response and tolerability, may increase the dose in weekly increments, not to exceed 600 mg/day

Efficacy of adjunctive pregabalin in patients taking gabapentin has not been evaluated in controlled trials; consequently, no dosing recommendations can be made when pregabalin is used with gabapentin
