CURRICULUM VITAE (summary) 1.- IDENTIFICATION Leonidas M. Quintana, Chilean, born in 1947 at Santiago of Chile. Married with Eliana Cabezas ,with whom has 1 son and 2 daughters. Reg. Nº 8153-1 ,National College of Physicians (Colegio Médico de Chile).April 5, 1972. Neurosurgeon from Faculty of Health Sciences, Universidad de Chile ,May 31, 1979. National Specialty Certificate (CONACEM) Nº 6923 . January 21,1999. 2.- STUDIES 2.1. Medical degree (Licenciado en Medicina) at the University of Concepción, and Diplomate in Medicine and Surgery (Título de Médico -Cirujano),1965 to 1972 at the University of Chile, with maximal distinction. 2.2. Resident in Neurosurgery from June 1º,1976 to May 31,1979. Post-Graduate Office, University of Chile. 2.3.
