Infiltration
Cancer that has spread beyond the layer of tissue in which it developed and is growing into surrounding, healthy tissues. Also called invasive cancer.
Glioblastoma (Glioblastoma), the most aggressive form of brain cancer, is characterized by a high level of molecular heterogeneity, and infiltration by various immune cell and stromal cell populations.
