Hyperphosphatemia is a condition in which you have too much phosphate in your blood. Causes include advanced chronic kidney disease, hypoparathyroidism and metabolic acidosis and respiratory acidosis. Hyperphosphatemia doesn't have symptoms. Treatment includes making changes to your diet, medications and dialysis.
