Head and Neck Cancer
Head and neck cancer develops from tissues in the mouth, larynx (throat), salivary glands, nose, sinuses or the skin of the face. Symptoms predominantly include a sore that does not heal or a change in the voice. Some may experience a sore throat that does not go away.
Cell phones and cancer risk:
The European Commission Scientific Committee on Emerging and Newly Identified Health Risks concluded in 2015 that cell phone RF-EMR exposure did not show an increased risk of brain tumors or other head and neck cancers and that epidemiologic studies do not indicate increased risk for other malignant diseases, including childhood cancer 1).
Tumors from adjacent areas that may extend into cavernous sinus (head and neck cancers may track intracranially along cranial nerves, especially V)
