Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 beta

Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 beta (GSK-3β): This is a serine/threonine kinase that negatively regulates the β-catenin protein. Under normal conditions, GSK-3β is part of a complex with other proteins, like Axin and APC (Adenomatous Polyposis Coli), which are involved in the destruction complex.
