A Folliculostellate (FS) cell is a type of non-endocrine cell found in the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland.
Pituicytoma is a rare glial sellar/suprasellar neoplasm arising in the neurohypophysis with a possible origin from the folliculostellate cells of the adenohypophysis 1) 2).
