The advantages of endoscopic assisted anterior lumbar inter body fusion ALIF with self-locking cage via retroperitoneal approach are less damage, rapid recovery, and less blood loss. Comparing with traditional ALIF procedure, the view of operative field is also improved ¹⁾.
