Treatment options for unresponsive neurosarcoidosis cases include methotrexate, Cytoxan, cyclophosphamide, azathioprine, Hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil®) & low dose XRT. CSF shunting is indicated if hydrocephalus develops.
