Chronic subdural hematoma of the posterior fossa
Chronic subdural hematoma (CSH) of the posterior fossa is extremely rare in adults, only a few case reports previously reported 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9) 10).
Burr-hole evacuation and irrigation with or without closed-system drainage has been widely accepted as the optimum method to treat supratentorial CSH
