Ca15-3
Ca15-3 is the protein product of the MUC1 gene and is the most widely used serum marker in breast cancer.
There was a decrease in HIF1A, followed by a decrease in Ca15-3 and RECIST in response to chemotherapy. There was a statistically significant correlation between Ca15-3 and response to chemotherapy 1).
