The Asian Congress of Neurological Surgeons (ACNS) was established in 1990s and is striving to improve standards of Neurosurgery in Asia by organizing biennial conferences, holding education workshops throughout the continent, allocating fellowships and grants, distributing neurosurgery handbooks, and publishing peer reviewed papers.
