Extended endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal approach
The extended endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal approach, provides a direct midline exposure to retrochiasmatic craniopharyngiomas and allows safe bimanual microsurgical dissection of the tumor from the undersurface of the optic chiasm (OC) and hypothalamus.
