DuraGen

DuraGen is a medical product used in neurosurgery, specifically as a dural graft substitute. The dura mater is the outermost layer of the meninges that covers the brain and spinal cord. DuraGen is a resorbable collagen matrix designed to repair defects in the dura mater, providing a barrier to contain cerebrospinal fluid and support the healing of the tissue.
