A topic is the subject of a story ,a writing ,articles,ect. Examples: the topic of my story is FROGS. So what i'm going to write about is frogs .

well we all should already know what a TOPIC and THEME is .The difference is that a THEME is a more specific or detailed topic so they call it a THEME. The TOPIC is your subject and THEME is a more specified TOPIC. what's the difference between THEME and TOPIC???? What is a TOPIC

The theme is a more specific topic . Examples like: the topic is BROOMS but the theme would be more specific like BROOMS ARE WAY BETTER THAN MOPS or BROOMS ARE DIRTY AND BROWN. So now you know what a THEME is. :) :)
