Monocyte/lymphocyte ratio (MLR), a combined inflammatory marker with monocyte count divided by lymphocyte count, has been widely used to the studies of cancer, tuberculosis, and autoimmune diseases. In recent years, more and more attention has been attracted to MLR's applications for cardiovascular diseases.
