Neurologic involvement is not a prominent feature of this group of vasculitides, which include:
● drug-induced allergic vasculitis:
A number of drugs are associated with the development of cerebral vasculitis. These include methamphetamines (“speed”), cocaine (frank vasculitis occurs 1) but is rare), heroin, and ephedrine
● cutaneous vasculitis
● serum sickness: may → encephalopathy, seizures, coma, peripheral neuropathy, and brachial plexopathy
● Henoch-Schönlein purpura
