BRAIN NAVI

Brain Navi is a Taiwanese medical technology company known for its innovative surgical robots, particularly NaoTrac, an autonomous neurosurgical navigation robot. NaoTrac is designed to assist surgeons with highly precise, minimally invasive brain surgeries, such as biopsies, tumor ablation, and ventriculostomy (EVD), among others. The robot integrates machine vision, AI, and robotic technology to accurately map and register patient anatomy, ensuring precise tool placement during surgery.

One of the key features of NaoTrac is its SMART (Surface Mapping Auto-registration Technology) platform, which allows for frameless and non-contact registration of patients in under two minutes, reducing the workflow and saving valuable surgical time. This system is designed to improve surgical outcomes by merging 3D imaging from CT or MRI scans, enhancing accuracy to within less than 0.5 mm

In addition, Brain Navi has developed KrystoLens, a single-use neuro-endoscope that ensures clarity during procedures and helps reduce infection risks.

Brain Navi has received CE certification for NaoTrac and is in the process of seeking FDA approval, with its technology already being used in several hospitals worldwide.
