Block vertebra means fusion of 2 or more vertebrae. Compression fracture on block vertebra is very rare and few case reports have been published.

Woo et al. present a case of acute compression fracture in block vertebra which was well treated with single level vertebroplasty by migration of PMMA ¹⁾.
