The superior frontal sulcus is a sulcus between the [[superior frontal gyrus]] and the [[middle frontal gyrus]].

The superior frontal sulcus (SFS) is constant and usually a continuous segment and correlates with the underlying frontal ventricular horn. Considered an important neurosurgical corridor.  Posteriorly to the union of the SFS with the PreCS correlates to the hand motor activation area.
