For patients with [[ankylosing spondylitis]] and [[subaxial cervical spine fracture]]s or dislocations, when surgical stabilization is required, posterior long-segment [[instrumentation]] and [[fusion]] or a combined anterior/posterior procedure ([[360° fusion]]).
