[[spinal cord injury]] where all functions below the injured area are lost. 

In addition to loss of voluntary movement, [[sphincter control]] and [[sensation]] below the level of the
injury, there may be [[priapism]]. [[Hypotension]] and [[bradycardia]] ([[spinal shock]]) may also present.
