====== Rac ====== Rac is a subfamily of the [[Rho]] family of [[GTPase]]s, small (~21 kDa) signaling [[G protein]]s (more specifically a GTPase). The subgroup include: Rac1. [[Rac2]]. Rac3 RhoG Some research has suggested that Rac could be involved in mediating the process of forgetting. ---- Results strongly suggest that Rac acts as a positive regulator of the [[PAR]]-elicited release of phosphorylated-HSP27 from human platelets via p38 MAPK but not JNK ((Uematsu K, Enomoto Y, Onuma T, Tsujimoto M, Doi T, Matsushima-Nishiwaki R, Tokuda H, Ogura S, Iida H, Kozawa O, Iwama T.
