56-year-old man with MRI suggestive of [[pituitary macroadenoma]] with campimetric alteration and [[panhypopituitarism]]. Admitted from the [[emergency room]] due to severe [[hypokalemia]]. He has reported for 1 month clinical symptoms of asthenia, generalized weakness, postprandial food vomiting with weight loss of around 12kg, usual weight 92kg. For 15 days it has been accompanied by a progressive holocranial [[headache]] with presyncopal episodes (sweating, dizziness and feeling of loss of consciousness).
