His family reports [[bradypsychia]], [[disorientation]], and [[clumsiness]] in movement and ambulation.

[[Isodense]] extra-axial collection in the left frontoparietal convexity with a greater thickness of 3.3 cm, compatible with subdural hematoma of [[subacute]] chronology.
