Non-Langerhans cell [[histiocytosis]] refers to a family of histiocytosis characterized by the absence of [[Langerhans cell]]s. Many manifest cutaneously. the spectrum of non-Langerhans cell histiocytoses includes Benign cephalic histiocytosis. Generalized eruptive histiocytoma.
