The three main forms of treatment for Lennox-Gastaut syndrome are anti-epileptic drugs (AEDs), dietary therapy (typically the ketogenic diet), and device/surgery (VNS therapy or corpus callosotomy). Rarely, resective surgery is an option. Treatment may require the coordinated efforts of a team of specialists.
