An intraparenchymal lesion in the right frontal convexity is suggestive of a [[cavernous malformation]] with a component of recent [[bleeding]] and moderately associated [[edema]]. An image suggestive of a [[developmental venous anomaly]] in the vicinity is displayed. No other significant findings.

a rare case of a 16-year male. Our case is also unique in the sense that it is the largest reported CM in Indian population.
