====== Cyclic seizure ======

Cyclic [[seizure]]s (CS) are common in critically ill patients with acute/progressive brain injury.

CS is often accompanied by synchronous infraslow oscillations of the EEG baseline on DC recordings.

[[Pregabalin]] was associated with a relative reduction in seizure burden in neurocritical ill patients with recurrent [[seizure]]s, especially those with [[cyclic seizure]]s, and may be considered in the therapeutic arsenal for refractory seizures.
