[[Choroid plexus]] cysts (CPCs) are a type of [[neuroepithelial cyst]]s, benign lesions located more frequently in the [[supratentorial]] compartment. Symptomatic CPCs in the [[posterior fossa]] are extremely rare and can be associated with [[obstructive hydrocephalus]].
