81 years old male
Ex-smoker for over 25 years

Chronic Treatment: [[NORTRIPTYLINE]]

Cataracts x2
Left inguinal hernia
Right meniscus

The patient reported a progressive sensation of decreased mobility, particularly in fine movements of the fingers of the left hand, accompanied by a decrease in sensitivity.

[[Extrasystole]]s: Noted, with a heart rate of 51 bpm

Neurological Evaluation:

[[Paresthesia]]s and [[clumsiness]] in manual skills.

EMG ([[Electromyography]]): Revealing mild to moderate radiculopathy at the C6-C7 level and mild radiculopathy at the C8-T1 level.

Diagnostic Imaging:

MRI of the cervical spine conducted  with gadolinium revealed a probable [[cervical spinal meningioma]].
