====== Carotid sinus syncope ======

Minimal stimulation (e.g. tight shirt collar, [[syncope]] while shaving...)
causes reflex [[bradycardia]] with [[hypotension]], more common in patients with carotid vascular disease. Bedside carotid massage with ECG and BP monitor may diagnose.
