====== Ca15-3 ======

Ca15-3 is the protein product of the [[MUC1]] gene and is the most widely used serum marker in [[breast cancer]].

There was a decrease in [[HIF1A]], followed by a decrease in [[Ca15-3]] and [[RECIST]] in response to [[chemotherapy]]. There was a statistically significant correlation between Ca15-3 and response to chemotherapy
