Similar to Weber’s, plus [[red nucleus]] lesion. Cr. [[Oculomotor nerve palsy]] with contralateral [[hemiparesis]] except arm which has [[hyperkinesia]], [[ataxia]], and coarse [[intention tremor]]. Lesion: [[midbrain tegmentum]] involving red nucleus, [[brachium conjunctivum]], and fascicles of III.
