====== Arteriovenous malformation (AVM) ======

An AVM is an abnormal tangle of arteries and veins with a direct connection, bypassing the capillary network. This can lead to high-pressure blood flow through the malformation, potentially causing bleeding, seizures, or neurological deficits.
