Anterior [[plagiocephaly]] is always due to [[unicoronal craniosynostosis]]. Female to male ratio is 68%. Unicoronal synostosis produces regional growth restriction and compensatory expansion of adjacent regions and obvious fronto-orbital dysmorphology
