[[Lesion]]s are usually [[supratentorial]] and [[death]] is a usual [[outcome]]. Bonduelle et al. from the Department of Neurology, Bordeaux University Hospital, Neurosurgery, Clinique Navarre, Pau, France, report a cerebellar Weston-Hurst syndrome early treated by [[craniectomy]], [[steroid]]s and [[plasma]] exchange. This is the first case of [[infratentorial]] Weston-Hurst syndrome associated with a favorable outcome ((Bonduelle T, Stricker J, Minéo JF, Massri A, Guesdon C, Barroso B, Bonnan M.
