He has reported for 1 month clinical symptoms of asthenia, generalized weakness, postprandial food vomiting with weight loss of around 12kg, usual weight 92kg. For 15 days it has been accompanied by a progressive holocranial [[headache]] with presyncopal episodes (sweating, dizziness and feeling of loss of consciousness).
