Mitochondrial fission factor (Mff) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MFF gene. Mff is an outer mitochondrial membrane protein that binds to the Drp1 GTPase that controls mitochondrial fission. The Mff-Drp1 complex promotes mitochondrial fission. Mff also regulates peroxisome morphology. mitochondrial_fission_factor.txt Last modified: 2024/06/07 02:56by 127.0.0.1
