====== Incisura tentorial ======

(también conocida como tentorial notch o incisura tentorii) se refiere a la apertura anterior entre el borde libre de la [[tienda del cerebelo]] y el [[clivus]] para el paso del  [[tronco cerebral]].

Varía entre 26 a 35 mm ((Ono M, Ono M, Rhoton AL Jr, Barry M. Microsurgical anatomy of the region of

Los nervios mayormente relacionados son el [[nervio troclear]] y el [[nervio trigémino]].

El borde libre o la incisura tentorial es la única parte del [[tentorio]] que no está adherida al cráneo. 

Tiene una forma de "V" de vértice posterior. 

Su límite más anterior es la apófisis clinoides posterior y se dirige hacia atrás hasta su unión con la hoz cerebral y el seno recto. Este borde libre se ha dividido clásicamente en tres zonas: anterior. media y posterior.
