Flap de Hadad-Bassagasteguy en la mayoría de la literatura, pero escrito de forma correcta Hadad-Bassagaisteguy flap

Es un colgajo pediculado neurovascular del mucoperiostio del tabique nasal y mucopericondrio de la arteria nasoseptal, una rama de la arteria septal posterior.

Es una técnica reconstructiva versátil y fiable para los defectos de la fosa anterior, media, clival y paraselar. Su uso ha dado lugar a una fuerte disminución en la incidencia de fugas de líquido cefalorraquídeo postoperatorias tras la cirugía endonasal de la base del cráneo y se recomienda para la reconstrucción de grandes defectos durales y cuando además se prevé la radioterapia postoperatoria (Hadad y col., 2006).
