Cranial [[dermoid tumor]] (CDT) is a congenital benign tumor which is generally located on the midline of the cranium. Even though [[Tethered cord syndrome]] (TCS), is highly associated with [[spinal dermoid cyst]], the relationship of CDT and TCS is unusual.
