**Clinoidectomía posterior**

Es útil para maximizar la exposición a la cisterna interpeduncular y es un complemento útil para la vía de abordaje transclival en patología retroselar, como aneurismas del top de la basilar y ciertos tumores (Ma y Lan, 2011; Silva y col., 2012).
